Activate the Effect Center tab and place the pivot point near the bottom of the woman\u2019s chest. (Just left click and drag the blinking cross in the view window.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/pivot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-479\" alt=\"pivot\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/pivot-300x219.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/pivot-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/pivot.jpg 729w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. On the Effect properties tab set the following parameters: Speed = 80, Stretch = 21<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/prop-dlg.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-482\" alt=\"prop-dlg\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/prop-dlg.png\" width=\"240\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/prop-dlg.png 240w, https:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/prop-dlg-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/blog.desktoppaints.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/prop-dlg-120x120.png 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5. Then comes the last and most tricky part: drawing a mask. Activate the Drawing tools tab and set the Size = 200. Put two strokes on the women chest. Then reduce the size and opacity and edit the mask with the Brush\/Eraser tools.
