This update extends the Animation Constructor functionality by adding a new styles properties.

- New Outer Glow style has been added to Animation Constructor
- Apply to option has been added to the Light brush
- Apply to option has been added to the Shine brush
- Bug with translucency in electric discharge animation has been fixed
