New Versions of Animation Editors – January Release

Since our last update, we carefully reviewed the program code to improve the stability and performance of all our animations products. As a result, some critical bugs were also
fixed. Here is the full list of fixes:

  • Fixed occasional crash on opening the Add animation dialog
  • Fixed a problem with loading the animation library on several computers
  • Fixed occasional crashes in animated wallpapers
  • Reduced the size of all standalone files including animated screensavers and wallpapers
  • Animated wallpapers are now correctly displayed on multi-monitor setups
  • Improved the appearance of the Rings on water effect with small backgrounds
  • Enabled the camera in the Rings on water effect
  • Fixed the missing pedestal picture in the Glass ball effect

Also we started developing a new set of spectacular animations based on our own customizable particle engine. This month we added a cool looking motion effect called Through space.

Next month new particle based animations and customization options will be added. Stay tuned!

  1. Why I can’t see every picture/ video on your blog other than thumbnail on my browser? What plugin or specific format do you use for your picture/ video embedded on your blog?

  2. Really like the Through Space animation. Nice work.
    I have a bug with executable files after downloading the newest version.
    The width of the window is wider than the background picture width.
    There’s a black gap on each side of the background picture.

    • Click the Add Animation button. In the list go to Standard Animation Library > Animated objects > Particle Systems > Through space

  5. well I downloaded now the newest version and there it is!
    But why don`t I get any update informations any more from my DP programs
