Here is the full list of the changes added in the September update:
- New Wide Line source has been added to Animation Constructor
- Center option has been added to Radial, Circular and Spiral motions
- Error with center marker for motion has been fixed

1-Angle to effects? for example a ripple effect with a custom angle, This would be something like:

What do you mean by angle effect. Does Radial wave brush work for it? (please check its deformation parameter)
