New Versions of Animation Editors – July Release

We are thrilled to announce the latest update of our animation maker. This update focuses on refining the functionality of Animation Constructor, introducing new features to enable you to craft even more captivating animations, and includes some fixes for bugs reported by our community in several past months.

Here is the full list of recent changes in this update:

  • Source Wrap Flow has been reworked.
    • Boundary action has been added.
    • Support for Turn in Motion mode has been added.
    • Source Wrap Flow motion has been moved to Blinking Spots and Fixed Spots motions and renamed to Drift.
  • Starting segment option has been added to Wide Line and Wide Curve origins.
  • Reference frame option has been added to Vibration mode.
  • Magic Tube animation has been reworked and moved to the Templates list of Animation Constructor.
  • Crash on moving Group layer down has been fixed.
  • Error with path edit buttons of Group layer has been fixed.
  • Add layer function has been corrected to allow adding layers above a Group layer.
  • Move out of Group layer option has been added.
  • Unwanted unhide action in Group layer has been fixed.
  • Names in the context menu related to Group actions have been updated.
  • Minor name corrections in Animation Constructor.

  1. When creating an image path
    First, the starting point of the path is created and then the point where to move.
    For some reason, the opposite is true for the group.
    The first point is the end of the path, and the second and subsequent points are the beginning of the path.

    • For a group, the start and end points are determined by the timing graph, where a value of 0 represents the curve’s first point and a value of 1 represents the curve’s final point.

  2. Is it possible to add *phase to a Light brush?
    I want to make a glow for the garlands so that when some light up, others go out, but I can’t do it without this option.

    • Unfortunately, achieving a smooth motion is not possible at this stage, as it requires more complex graph curves. We will incorporate those curves later.
